About Our Classes

Upper Body Blast

This class combines traditional compound lifts with many isolated variations and short burst cardio movements, specifically for the upper body. Additional methods used include German volume training, HIIT training, plyometrics and old-school strength training. The same class is never taught twice.

Lower Body Blast

This class combines traditional compound lifts with many isolated variations and short burst cardio movements, specifically for the lower body. Additional methods used include German volume training, HIIT training, plyometrics and old-school strength training. The same class is never taught twice.

Total Body Blast

This class combines our Upper Body Blast and Lower Body Blast classes for a total-body workout. The same class is never taught twice.

Hiit Training Burn

This is a glycogen-burning, fat-torching all-out assault on body composition. Be prepared to really sweat. The same class is never taught twice.

Box and Burn

A total-body boxing workout using gloves, heavy bags and Boxmasters. Just when you think you couldn’t possibly do more, there will be some traditional lifts and core movements thrown in there too.

Active Recovery and Movement

A great restorative class that will focus on individuals’ movement patterns, postural support, core strength, stretching and recovery. Great for beginners, athletes and everyone in between.
