About Our Classes

Upper Body Blast

This class combines traditional compound lifts with many isolated variations and short burst cardio movements, specifically for the upper body. Additional methods used include German volume training, HIIT training, plyometrics and old-school strength training. The same class is never taught twice.

Lower Body Blast

This class combines traditional compound lifts with many isolated variations and short burst cardio movements, specifically for the lower body. Additional methods used include German volume training, HIIT training, plyometrics and old-school strength training. The same class is never taught twice.

Total Body Blast

This class combines our Upper Body Blast and Lower Body Blast classes for a total-body workout. The same class is never taught twice.
